1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using EON, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Use of Services

You may use EON only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use EON to violate any applicable laws, transmit harmful content, or interfere with other users' access to the service.

3. Subscription Plans

EON offers a Free plan and paid plans (Basic, Pro, and Premium). Each plan provides a different level of access to features and usage allowances, including EON Chat, EON Agent, Voice, Web Search, Image Generation, Video Generation, Deep Research, EON Code, and Connectors. Plan inclusions and pricing are described on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time.

4. Usage Limits

Plans are subject to usage limits. The Free plan includes a shared daily message allowance (currently 25 messages per day across EON Chat, EON Agent, Voice, and Web Search), a lifetime allowance for certain features (such as Deep Research and EON Agent tasks), and preview access to others. Deep Research and Video Generation have per-plan caps. Paid plans are subject to fair-use limits intended to keep the service fast and reliable for all users. We enforce these limits and may adjust them to maintain service quality.

5. Feature-Specific Terms

Deep Research produces AI-generated reports using web sources; outputs may contain inaccuracies and should be independently verified. EON Agent can run scheduled and background tasks on your behalf within your plan limits. Connectors allow EON to act through third-party services you authorize via OAuth; your use of those services remains subject to their own terms. Voice, Image Generation, and Video Generation produce AI-generated media; you are responsible for how you use generated content. EON Code proposes code changes for your review and does not modify your repositories without your confirmation.

6. Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment processor, Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled beforehand. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No partial-month refunds are provided unless required by law. After cancellation, premium features remain available until the subscription term expires, after which your account returns to the Free plan.

8. Intellectual Property

EON and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by EON and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

EON is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate and should not be relied upon as professional advice.
