  • Account data — name, email address, and authentication details.
  • Chat history — your conversations with EON, stored so you can return to them.
  • Agent memory & tasks — facts, preferences, and scheduled or background tasks you ask EON Agent to remember or run.
  • Voice interactions — audio you submit for voice mode and read-aloud, processed to generate responses.
  • Uploaded files & images — documents and images you provide for analysis or editing.
  • Generated content — images and videos you create with EON.
  • Connector integrations — OAuth tokens and data accessed through third-party services (e.g. GitHub, Gmail, Slack, Notion) that you explicitly connect.
  • Usage analytics — feature usage, message counts, and limit tracking used to enforce plan allowances and improve the service.
  • Billing data — subscription status and plan information. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services; personalize EON through memory; process transactions and enforce plan limits; send technical notices; and respond to your questions. We do not use your private conversations, files, or connector data to train third-party models.

3. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Your conversations are encrypted in transit and at rest.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as described in this policy or as required by law.
